Hi All!

I am extremely excited about sharing this area of my blog with you.  Here you will learn about subjects that I hold dear to my heart.  As you may know or may not know about me, I have a strong passion behind criminal justice and law.  As a matter of fact, I hold a degree in Paralegal Studies and one in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Crime Scene Investigations/ Cybercrime.  I learned a great deal from life experiences and from the university I attend on these subjects.  I wanted to take the time out to provide you with some information on things that will help keep you and your family protected and aware on the ever changing law and crimes that are out there.  Especially with crimes such as Identity Theft and Child Abduction being at an extreme high point.  I also wanted to connect with those who may also be pursuing a degree/career in those areas or may already have a degree/career in those areas.

I hope you enjoy all of the information provided in this section of my blog.  I know that I will enjoy sharing it.  And to let you know I love receiving feedback from each and everyone of you… so please DO NOT be shy!

To Your Education & Awareness To Protect Your Family…

As I was reviewing the statistics revolving around child abduction and missing children, I was really alarmed about the percentage of children in the United States that are abducted on a yearly basis.  Over 203, 000 children per year are abducted by a family member— that is outrageous!

It astounds me even more that so many people are naive and do not know what family abduction is and/or that it exists!

“Family abduction happens when a family member, usually a parent, kidnaps and conceals a child for any length of time. It is a serious crime that happens to over 203,000 families a year and yet it is not even considered a felony in every state. The emotional, psychological and physical impact on children is often so significant that family abduction is considered a form of child endangerment. While education is the first step to take on this national problem, we’ve also got some great next steps you can take to protect kids from the trauma of family abduction by telling your legislators to help pass laws that will help prevent family abductions across the country.”

I sat here and I think about all of the missing children who are on the  milk cartons, in amber alerts, and so forth and take a look at my daughter and realize how thankful I am to have her safe and sound right now.  I do not know what I would do if something ever happened to her— if she was ever abducted.  However, I am even more grateful that I have been made aware of this crime and that I am and have taken proper precautions to ensure my daughter’s safety.  I hope that you will take heed to this too and be empowered by what I’ve said to take that first step to protect your children now before it is too late.

You can take a look at my reviews section and under services I give a personal review one of the top protection programs out there.  I hope it helps you to keep your loved ones protected.
